Imperial War Museum North

The Imperial War Museum North is a free entry war museum near Salford Quays, Manchester, that can accommodate events for up to 300 guests. It is housed in an iconic building representing a globe torn apart by conflict, designed by Daniel Libeskind. It's three distinctive shards represent the three arenas of war – air, earth and water.

The WaterShard Cafe & Kitchen offers a range of delicious, fresh and seasonal foods, including deli sandwiches, handmade pizzas, seasonal salads, fresh bakes, soups and desserts. Overlooking the Manchester Ship Canal, the WaterShard Cafe & Kitchen has fabulous views across The Quays for visitors who want to take a quick break during their visit.
