We are looking for someone attentive and charming team member to join our box`s waiting staff working iindividually or in pairs with limited superrvision to provide guests with an unrivalled hospitality experience within the hospitality boxes.
Duties will include:
Being the primary point of call for all guests within the allocated box
Checking stocks and menus, to ensure that you have everything ready for the day before guests arrive.
Welcoming guests, and introducing yourself, ensuring you are aware of who the host is for the day.
Offering welcome drinks, and nibbles.
Serving the meal according to the menu, and at the appropriate time.
Being flexible and proactive in assisting guests with queries.
Serving food and beverages, and accompaniments and keeping the box and its equipment clean.
Develop and maintain your knowledge of food and its accompaniments, being able to make recommendations and upsell items to guests.
Assisting with the set up and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.
Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed, promoting good safety habits and methods of work.
RequirementsEngaging, flexible and friendly in manner.
Confident communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive, can do attitude.
Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks.
Confidence when meeting and interacting with people.
Good conversations skills, whilst retaining focus on the task in hand
Previous experience of bar and waiting skills are an advantage.
