Levy Restaurants requires a restaurant manager (breakfast, lunch & evening shifts) at the beautiful Leeds Castle in Kent. The restaurant consists of the morning breakfast service, day time part table service and evening fine dining restaurant.
The duties for this role will include working in a team and managing a team of supervisors and catering assistants, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, order taking, food service, clearing, basic food preparation, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include cashiering, stock management, hiring, rotas, menus, sales promotions, and abide by strict HSE requirements.
