As a Head Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for the following:
Cleaning of plates, glasses and cutlery.
Cleaning and wiping down of Chef preparation areas.
Ensuring areas are kept clean, clear and safe.
General cleanliness of kitchen areas.
Work closely with the Head Chef on overseeing kitchen porters on events and matchdays making sure all areas are clean and tidy.
You will report directly to the Head Chef.
Working hours subject to the demand of the business.
You must be efficient and have a good eye for detail. Friendly, energetic, hardworking and be able to maintain and control the potwash area and maintenance of the machinery.
Ability to take orders from the Head Chef on what is required and needed for the day to day running of a busy kitchen area in a sports stadium environment.
