Nestling in the heart of the Sussex countryside is the world famous Glyndebourne Opera House. With three restaurants, two bars, exclusive private dining rooms and fabulous picnics, Leith’s at Glyndebourne offer high-end catering facilities to compliment this magnificent venue.
We are looking for commis chefs to join us for the Festival Season, providing fine dining for up to 700 covers per night across our three restaurants. You will be part of the team preparing a wide range of menu choices from classic to contemporary, working alongside a brigade with many years of combined experience.
With up to 40 – 60 hours per week work available during the season, we are looking for hard working individuals who are able to maintain an exceptional standard of work, both individually and as part of the team.
Successful candidates will display great passion for their work, a can-do attitude, be responsible and show integrity and above all, work well within our established team.

Requirements• Previous experience of fine dining recommended but not essential
