Edgbaston Cricket Ground is looking to recruit hospitality staff to work in our bars and restaurants on a casual basis.
We have found that this is a perfect role for a number of different social groups, are you a parent that is looking to work after the school run or mostly in the evenings? we have shifts for that. Are you a student looking to earn a little extra but cant commit every week to the same hours? we have roles for that. Are you retired from the catering industry but miss the buzz and want to experience it when it suits you? we have the opportunity for that.
We have roles for people looking for as many hours as possible or for as little as possible.
Edgbaston hosts some of the biggest games in cricket as well as some huge conferences and events, we host: themed dinners, charity events, fashion shows, boxing matches, award ceremonies, weddings to name a few.
The cricket season is a very busy time and the following dates are the games we need the most support, please note there are a number of set up and breakdown days for each event:

We are looking for, well presented, polite, enthusiastic people to join our team, ideally with catering/waitressing/hospitality/bar experience, but not essential.
We provide a range of hospitality services and so adaptability is key.
Customer service and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all we do.
