We are currently looking for experienced chefs to join our team at Imperial War Museum, Duxford.

In this role you will be in the heart of our culinary team and will have the passion to deliver a great food experience to our customers. Main duties would include:
Provision of quality, inspiring, fresh food for our retail and corporate clients.
Leading a talented and passionate team – showing them culinary excellence.
Oversee a busy kitchen operation.
Overseeing stock control, wastage management and menu development.

RequirementsExperience in a conference & banqueting or busy restaurant service role is desirable.
Proven record of menu development, working within large teams, confidence in stock control, ability to scale up to oversee large events such as air shows or large banqueting dinners.
