Jockey Club Catering are seeking hardworking individuals to work at one of the UK’s top racecourses, Haydock Park, which hosts a variety of special events.
We’re recruiting now for BAR & HOSPITALITY staff for various front of house functions within our bars, restaurants and hospitality suites.
Working environments range from restaurants, hospitality suites, retail facilities/bars and pop up bars with each area providing a great experience to work in.
You will work across Race days, Conferences, Functions and Concerts with each shift offering you a unique experience!.
We also offer the opportunity to work at our other North West Racecourses, Aintree and Carlisle.
Roles we are looking for include:
Bar Staff – both on public retail and hospitality
Waiting Staff – Food/Drink Service in Fine Dining
Box Waiting Staff – Working in our hospitality suites
Catering Assistants – Serving general public at one of our various food retail outlets.
Responsibilities include offering the highest standards of customer service in serving food and drink to our thousands of guests, clients and customers attending each event. Operating as part of a small or large team, adhering to all health and safety policies and helping to provide a fantastic experience.
Specific equipment usage will be required i.e till , bar and kitchen operations.
Performing to a high standard including personal presentation, attendance and communication.

RequirementsPrevious hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
