We are currently seeking to employ two restaurant supervisors to lead teams in delivering excellent customer service and be involved in all aspects of ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and events, including managing a team, health and safety, food safety and ensuring our high standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role or more than 2 years as a customer service assistant in a similar establishment.
We are one of the leading companies in contract catering and currently have 32 sites across the UK under our division “Levy Leisure’. We currently have two sites here at Salisbury Cathedral. The refectory, which is open all year round and the Bell tower tea rooms, which is open from Easter to the end of September.
Other responsibilities include training, encouraging and motivating the team and supporting senior managers and being knowledgeable of all departmental standards. We cater for a large amount of functions annually, evening work when required during peak seasons so flexibility is a must, but this position is mainly 8.30/ 9.30am – 5.30 pm
You must be computer literate and able to cash up whilst carrying out the required daily paperwork in line with company procedures. You must have a high standard of personal presentation be confident and have a warm and welcoming personality.
