Goodwood Event Catering are looking for a committed, bubbly and passionate individual to join our People Operations Team.
We are looking for a strong and focused person with excellent people skills, who can operate in a professional manner and can work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The role is to assist the People Operations Manager to ensure that the appropriate quantity and best possible quality of staff are booked to work at all our events.
Assisting with the recruitment and induction of our staff, taking particular responsibility for the administration process. Communicating to our teams, supporting with weekly rota requirements and processing payroll in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
Taking an active role in race day operations including staff check in/out, welfare and assisting with the administrative planning and post event breakdown requirements with the department.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to pursue a long-term career in a route People Operations or Recruitment, whilst also gaining valuable business and event experience at some of the UK’s leading events.
Salary dependent on experience.
RequirementsExperience of a fast paced, events organisation would be advantageous but not essential.
Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work towards and meet deadlines.
Strong IT. Skills - including Social Media
Car Driver - with FULL UK Licence.
Flexible in availability to work weekends/evenings during peak times in our Racing/Event Season.
