Levy Restaurants requires an Events Assistant Manager to work in a busy conference and events department at the beautiful Leeds Castle in Kent. The conference and events team cater for all events within three venues, Castle, Maidens Tower and Fairfax Hall, providing excellent food and great customer service. The duties for this role will include working in a team and managing a team of waiting and bar staff, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, overall management off the event, including liaising with the client, food service, clearing, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include training, cashiering, stock management and taking an active part in client relationships, and abiding strict HSE requirements.
