Working environments range from our restaurants, hospitality suites, retail facilities, pop up bars and through to back of house kitchens with each area providing a great experience to work in.
You will work across Race days, Conferences, Functions and Concerts each shift will offer you something different.
Roles we are looking for include:
Bar Staff – both on public retail and hospitality
Waiting Staff – Food/Drink Service in Fine Dining
Box Waiting Staff – Working in our hospitality suites
Kitchen Porters – Supporting our Chefing teams in Back of house operations.
Cellar Porters – Supporting our retail beverage function including both Public Bar and Cellar operations.
Responsibilities include offering the highest standards of customer service in serving food and drink to our thousands of guests, clients and customers attending each event. Operating as part of a small or large team, adhering to all health and safety policies and helping to provide a fantastic experience.
Specific equipment usage will be required i.e till , bar and kitchen operations.
Performing to a high standard including personal presentation, attendance and communication.
