We are looking for chefs of all grades to join us for the festival season from May – August, we can offer the opportunity to work to a high standard in a highly creative environment.
We have three restaurants on site each with a very different approach but all underpinned by an insistence on using the finest seasonal ingredients to create memorable dining experiences.
They include our new Plant forward and sustainably focused restaurant with a daily changing menu and our fine dining restaurant headed up by the Michelin starred Galvin Brothers.
With up to 60 hours per week work available during the season, we are looking for hard working individuals who are able to maintain an exceptional standard of work, both individually and as part of the team.
Successful candidates will display great passion for their work, a can-do attitude, be responsible and show integrity and above all, work well within our established team.

Requirements• Previous experience of fine dining recommended but not essential
