Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food and beverage management? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Food and Beverage Unit Supervisor. As a Food and Beverage Unit Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a dynamic unit dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This involves overseeing up to 7 tills and offering a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and hot food.

Requirements

· Take full ownership of the unit, setting a positive atmosphere and energy.

· Lead by example, driving best practices to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the commercial growth of the business.

· Conduct briefings with front-line staff, setting expectations for the event day and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

· Ensure all staff members adhere to Principality Stadium Events (PSE), food health and safety, and licensing policies and procedures.

· Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and inspiration to the team, fostering a culture of excellence in all aspects of their work.

· Oversee stock management processes, including date rotation, opening and closing counts, wastage, and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely entries into the stock system.

· Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
