Fish & Chip Fryer Chef
As a Fryer Chef at Twycross Zoo you will be responsible for producing high-quality food in line with our impeccable standards, in our Catch Fish & Chip Restaurant. This is your chance to be part of something to be proud of.
Full food spec training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
• Frying quality food that reaches our current high standards
• Managing and maintaining the frying range
• Managing all aspects of kitchen operations
• Adhering to all Food Hygiene legislation
• Impeccable allergen awareness
• Completing all necessary paperwork inline with company diligence
