As the name suggests, our Back of House Managers coordinate the back-of-house operations, from food, beverage, and CCG stock control to ensure our 'behind the scenes' areas are safe, sanitary, and free from hazards.

As a Hot Plate Manager, you will be running the ‘pass’ and responsible for ensuring accurate orders are sent out from the kitchen in a prompt and timely manner – this is truly a multiskilled role and communication is key!

With almost 3000 staff members working each day, our Area Staffing Managers support our management teams within unit labour requirements, including ER matters, time & attendance adherence, Working Time Directive compliance, employment law obligations, and promotion of staff wellbeing.

Collectively our management teams have a shared responsibility to ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, responsible service of alcohol within their units and adherence to allergen procedures and policies.
