Role Description:

With over 150 catering units operating during The Championships, we require strong leaders to inspire and motivate our teams. As the name suggests, our Back of House Managers coordinate the back-of-house operations, from food, beverage, and CCG stock control to ensure our 'behind the scenes' areas are safe, sanitary, and free from hazards.

As a Hot Plate Manager, you will be running the ‘pass’ and responsible for ensuring accurate orders are sent out from the kitchen in a prompt and timely manner – this is truly a multiskilled role and communication is key!

With almost 3000 staff members working each day, our Area Staffing Managers support our management teams within unit labour requirements, including ER matters, time & attendance adherence, Working Time Directive compliance, employment law obligations, and promotion of staff wellbeing.

Collectively our management teams have a shared responsibility to ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, responsible service of alcohol within their units and adherence to allergen procedures and policies.
