We are looking for experienced supervisors and managers to join our rapidly growing team in the Southwest.

Working Hours

This is a flexible role with shifts to work around your education, commitments and social events. Our horse racing season starts in October and runs until May alongside a busy conference and events schedule you can pick and choose how much or little you wish to work. In addition to this there is the opportunity to travel to other compass venues.
