Twycross Zoo are currently recruiting for experienced, energetic, professionals to lead our Catering team in our busy Fish and chip restaurant.

As our Shift Leader you will need to see the world through our customers eyes. You will provide a safe, friendly environment for all of our customers whilst delivering an efficient and energetic service. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for our guests.

Previous supervisor, cash handling and customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary as you’ll be provided with full training. A High standard of personal presentation, the ability to work as part of a team are essential skills that any applicant must possess. Also, the candidate must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
