Our Stores, Beverage Logistics & Linen team really are the backbone of our operation. With shifts available from May 2024, our team handle site setup, deliveries, and ensure readiness for Day 1 of the tournament. We seek self-starters and team players with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude who can work to tight deadlines.

With all food, beverage and non-food items needing to be moved safely around the 28-acre site either by hand, forklift, or lorry during both set up and breakdown, teamwork is essential.

Behind the scenes we run a 24-hour operation, and whilst you may not be in a direct customer facing, all team members are crucial for the delivery of our guests' Wimbledon experience.

These roles are physically demanding and may involve manual labour and operating heavy machinery. Training and PPE will be provided, and attendance at role-specific training in June 2024 is mandatory for successful applicants.

Role Description:

As a member of the back of house team, you will be assisting Managers and Supervisors with day-to-day running of the Logistics, Beverage, Linen and Stores departments. On a daily basis, our Stores Team accept incoming food deliveries and distribute them across site to our busy restaurants and kitchens. Whilst our Logistics Team are working hard to set up our event spaces ready for live days; working to tight deadlines and ensuring everything is in place…. from tables to tumblers!

As the name suggests, the Beverage Team work behind the scenes ensuring our many drinks cellars are well equipped with stock and supplies to keep our 42,000 guests hydrated throughout the two week event.

If you are interested in a more customer-facing role, our Linen Team are the first point of contact in the morning when staff arrive to collect their uniform serving staff with a smile and helping with any of their uniform enquiries.

All applicants will be required to attend an in-person interview at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon. Recruitment days will take place ton 22nd and 24th February 2024.
