As a pivotal member of our matchday operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of food and beverage concessions within the stadium. You will also be expected manage all communications and necessary administrative tasks relevant to our matchday concession partners. Whilst supporting the Beverage Operations team on build up to matchdays where necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the overall fan experience during our upcoming season.

This role requires a combination of strong managerial skills, logistical acumen, and administrative expertise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all stadium attendees.

This will be on a fixed term period between 19th March 2024 to 27th September 2024.

Pay rate- £21.45 per hour

Guaranteed minimum 30 hours a week.

Person Spec:

· Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a stadium or large event setting.

· Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Able to build and maintain relationships as a client.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and EPOS systems.

· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during the season.

· Uphold a culture and environment where people want to work.

· Deliver exceptional customer service.

· A keen commercial eye and attention to detail.

· An interest in the independent food industry and wider food scene of London.

Desirable:

· Personal License Holder

· IOSH or NEBOSH Qualified
