We are looking for an experienced Stores Manager to join our team her at Wimbledon. From receiving and distributing deliveries to planning and delivering the stores operation for The Championships, you will play a pivotal role in leading a small team whilst ensuring health & safety policies and practices are adhered to at all times.

What your role will look like?

• Manage the day-to-day loading bay operation.
• Receive all deliveries that come through the loading bay for all departments.
• Manage deliveries of food and drink by liaising with RS & MR. Goods receipt, deliver to department or stores correctly within the stores area.
• Manage stock rotation of Champs stock and anything that comes in to be stores in stores.
• Distribute stock to other areas of the Estate. Including Champs stock being utilised by other departments.
• Control all transfers between departments from Champs stock.
• Manage the stock take each month. Including counting and inputting any changes from previous month.
• Highlight at risk stock each month to use within the Estate or wider business.
• Liaise with all head chefs on what deliveries are coming each day.
• Will be main day to day contact for anything stores logistics related going forward.
• Will involve in Champs 2022 planning. Have input on delivery schedule, area lay out and any other requirements as they will lead a shift during Champs.
• Obtain forklift license.
• To be trained on all aspects of Stores roles including logging of invoices, Food Buy ordering (to cover holiday) and managing T&A when team grows closer to Champs.
• Potential to go and assist other venues.
• Manage day-to-day stores operation.
• Responsible for the build, storage, and distribution for events including the Championships
• Daily fridge/freezer temperature checks
• Daily vehicle performance checks
• Daily food delivery temperature checks
