Requirements

• Ensure supervisors are effectively managing their units.
• Conduct briefings with supervisors to set daily expectations, emphasizing completion of tasks outlined in the supervisor job description.
• Take responsibility for actions and outcomes, ensuring accountability in all aspects of management.
• Effectively delegate tasks and proactively address challenges as they arise.
• Set high standards through personal demonstration of a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adherence to uniform requirements.
• Demonstrate reliability and a consistent commitment to achieving organizational goals.
• Ensure all units deliver the desired brand experience to Principality Stadium customers.
• Ensure all supervisors adhere to Principality Stadium Events (PSE), food health and safety, and licensing policies and procedures.
• A proven track record with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage management.
