We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our event staff team at Haydock Park. As an Events Team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and seamless event operations, from supporting hospitality areas to engaging with guests and delivering top-quality service.

You’ll experience the buzz of live racing and special events, work alongside a supportive and driven team, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that Haydock Park is known for. Whether you're serving drinks, assisting guests, or helping with event logistics, you'll be part of something truly special.

Roles May Include:

  • Waiting Staff – Serving food and drinks to guests with exceptional service
  • Bartender – Preparing and serving beverages in a busy event environment
  • Porter – Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and logistics, including carrying and moving equipment
  • Wash-Up Staff – Washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas
  • Team Leader – Leading a small team, ensuring operations run smoothly, supporting staff, and managing tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests across bars, hospitality suites, food outlets, and event spaces
  • Support event setup and breakdown to ensure all areas are ready for operation
  • Provide assistance and information to guests, enhancing their overall experience
  • Collaborate with team members to manage high guest volumes in a fast-paced setting
  • Assist with food and drink service, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort
  • Follow health and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on every guest
