Our Retail team serve a wide range of food and beverages, ensuring guests' culinary desires are met, from our famous strawberries & cream to iconic Pimm's on The Hill. Our retail champions deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and exciting environments at various retail outlets across the grounds. With a range of customer-facing and catering support roles, we welcome all applicants. Experience isn't necessary as we provide full training during Orientation Weekend. Role Description:

Working in one of our busy retail catering units you could be engaging with guests, providing excellent customer service as a Catering Assistant or processing payments as a Cashier on a busy till. Speed of service is key to ensure guests are back on court for play! Whilst our Bar Staff are busy front of house serving our guests a variety of beverages throughout the day, our Cellar Porters are always on hand, working behind the scenes to ensure that beverage stock levels are maintained, and kegs are changed at rapid speed. Having received full Lavazza training, our Baristas are responsible for ensuring every drop of coffee has been served to perfection.

Our Queue Busters are always on hand to help guests navigate our busy retail catering spaces therefor if you are passionate about interacting with guests, and are friendly and approachable, then this could be the role for you!

Last but not-least our multiskilled Marshall & Hit Squad team work across multiple units in a variety of roles, to support the retail catering operation as required - no two days are ever the same!

References are mandatory and will be requested following a successful interview. All applicants will be required to attend an in-person interview at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon. Recruitment days will take place throughout February 2024. Please note, due to the volume of applicants we receive we are unable to facilitate any online interviews for The Championships 2024.
