• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Kia Oval’s staff restaurant facility feeding up to 120 covers per day.
• Ownership of the restaurant facility ensuring the space and equipment is left in good condition and flag any issues to facilities team.
• Leadership, to manage a small team whilst keeping them engaged and motivated to delivery high standard of catering to reflect the high standards of the rest of the business.
• Reviewing customer feedback to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Ensuring food levels are sufficient for efficient running of the restaurant.
• Monitoring restaurant usage to ensure food wastage is kept to a minimum.
