Administrator – Northwick Park
Northwick Park Hospital is looking for Administrator to help with the finance team at the hospital
Support the provision of payroll in the contract, working with the finance team to correction exceptions on Ourtime and compile pay queries, and working with the department managers to introduce practices to reduce number of exceptions.
Key Result Areas
Review the Our time payroll system on a daily basis, cross checking information against the work schedules to amend exceptions
Liaise with employees to collate pay queries and work with the finance team to understand and address them
Work with department and site managers to address underlying practices to reduce the number of anomalies being generated
