Chef, Culinary and Kitchen Roles

Pay Rate: From £13 – £19.50 per hour depending on role & experience

Available roles: 

Area chef, head chef, lead chef, sous chef, chef de partie (CDP), pastry chef, catering supervisor, junior CPD, retail chef, food preparation assistant, kitchen porter.

Responsibilities: 

• Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service  

• Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that standards and procedures are followed to the highest calibre.  

• Ensure correct preparation and storage methods, as well as portion control to avoid waste  

• Assist with new team members by giving respectful, encouraging, and enthusiastic coaching as needed  

• Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness  

• Produce an exciting and innovative culinary experience for our guests whilst creating a great working environment for the rest of your team 

Requirements: 

• The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods 

• Driven and dependable approach to work 

• Upbeat and approachable personality 

• Previous experience required for some but not all roles
