Working Hours

The house resturant will be opening on the 22nd February. It will be open from Tuesday – Saturday every week until early August

Part-Time and Full-Time shift work is available, paid weekly. From £11.05 up to £13 per hour, depending on role and experience. Shifts will be available Tuesday – Saturday 15:00 – 21:30. You can work as many days as you like to suit your schedule. 

Roles

We are hiring for a range of hospitality roles including:

·         Bar Staff – You will be working behind the bar and are responsible for dealing with guest beverage requests efficiently and accurately whether it be written orders, till operation and ordering systems. You must have impeccable communication skills to welcome your guests, take their orders and prepare their drinks with correct glassware and accompaniments

·         Waiting Staff – You are the first port of call in ensuring the guest has a wonderful experience. You will be dealing with guest requests and communicating with kitchen and bar staff Serving, clearing and delivering a thorough understanding of your restaurants offerings are key in delivering the best guest experience. 

·         Host/Hostess –  You will be the first port of call for all guests and hosts on arrival into the facility. You will need to ensure guests requests are dealt with efficiently and accurately, communicating with the area manager and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.   Interacting effectively across client and operational functions, to encourage and support the team to superior operational standards. You will show guests to their tables, establish and give guidance on dietary requirements and provide details of facilities. You will assist with drinks orders and delivery of drinks to the tables and have a robust knowledge of the hospitality package, including the food and beverage options included. Must be confident to take on both positive & negative feedback, provide a resolution and communicate to senior management where necessary. 

Requirements

No previous experience required, however you must have:

·         Must be over 18 due to the working hours and nature of the role

·         Must be able to travel independently to venue

·         The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

·         Confidence when interacting with people

·         Excellent teamwork & problem-solving skills

·         Driven and dependable approach to work

·         Upbeat and welcoming personality
