Kiosk Team Members are at the heart of creating the legendary guest experiences that Ricoh Arena prides itself on. Working within one of the arenas 30 bustling retail catering outlets, Kiosk Team Members are responsible for the sale and service of food and drink products to up to 30,000 general admission guests.

With work available throughout the year on all match days at Ricoh Arena we are looking for friendly, proactive and energetic people to join our retail team.

Duties include:

  • Delivering memorable customer service to all of our guests
  • Preparing food and drink products with pride, as per the specification
  • Serving products to guests in a timely manor
  • Accurately processing transactions on the till
  • Setting up, restocking and clearing down the outlet

  • A great communicator
  • Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays between September 2017 and May 2018
