We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to work with the Manager and deputise in their absence. Accountabilities will involve supporting the day-to-day management of the Department, delivering the very highest standards, ensuring all legislative contractual and client requirements are met whilst maintaining financial controls. An essential requirement is the management of people in this role.

We have both part time & full time roles available.

  • Experience as a manager in a small unit or assistant manager role in a similar environment 
  • Sound knowledge of legislative standards 
  • Standards and quality driven management style 
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery 
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills 
  • Relevant managerial qualifications i.e. degree, NVQ or equivalent 
  • Computer literacy 
  • Financial and commercial acumen 
  • A 'Can do' attitude
