Description

A prestigious organisation requires day visitor Concessions Assistant Manager to work in a busy multi outlet site. You will be managing 6 permanent concessions as well as an additional 3 pop up’s.
 
The duties for this role will include managing a team of catering assistants and chefs, planning rota’s in line with payroll to sales ratio, ordering stock, stock taking, cash and stock security, planning promotions and events, tracking success, merchandising, sales mix analysis and driving the team performance to maximise SPH, penetration and customer satisfaction.

  • A highly organised individual 
  • Ability to promote a welcoming environment where our colleagues, clients and customers receive great service 
  • Polite and friendly 
  • Excellent Customer Care skills 
  • Neat and tidy in appearance 
  • Level 2 qualification in food safety & H & S. 
  • Experience in a high volume quality retail bisuness
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial skills in challenging environment
  • A 'can do' attitude, prepared to help out the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner 
  • Able to work in a busy environment 
  • Good command of the English Language
