Here at ExCeL London Hospitality we provide catering services to one of the biggest and most dynamic exhibitions centres in the world, the ExCeL! Overall purpose of the role of C&amp;E Manager will be to oversee all aspects of our hospitality services, including guest relations, operations, and overall customer experience. As the leader of a team of hospitality staff, you will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. Candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a focus on teamwork are needed for this team-oriented position.
