Please note this role is a Full Time Fixed Term Role - starting immediately until July 30th 2025Role summary<ul><li>This role will play a vital part in the success of our business supporting the L&amp;D function in transforming our growing learning and development initiatives as well as championing our engagement and retention plans for all our colleagues both from a year-round and Championships perspective.</li></ul> Role responsibilities &amp; duties<ul><li>Proactively manage the L&amp;D team inbox to ensure that requests are dealt with quickly and effectively. Advising on all learning and development enquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all feel valued and invested in.</li><li>Proactively manage the L&amp;D calendar and schedule sessions, as well as organising recurring external training (WSET, First Aid course etc.)</li><li>Scheduling, organising, and providing administrative support for all L&amp;D initiatives</li><li>Work closely with the HR teams in assisting with recruitment of colleague for all areas, with a particular emphasis on inductions. Create and organise a bespoke 4-week Induction plan ensuring new starters have a great onboarding experience</li><li>Access and understand the LMS as an administrative user to troubleshoot any system related issues, generate reports and support new users.</li><li>Manage all administrative tasks in the LMS efficiently: e.g. ensuring that relevant pathways and content are allocated accurately</li><li>Support with all administrative tasks relating to the L&amp;D function from creating training manuals to answering emails.</li><li>L&amp;D Analysis &amp; reporting – Data measurement and analysis using feedback surveys and internal reports and databases</li><li>Social Media lead – supporting with the design, administration, and content creation for all our social media platforms.</li><li>Reward &amp; recognition – Support the Head of L&amp;D in managing the reward &amp; recognition schemes</li><li>Liaise with the Levy Training team to ensure all Mandatory training is completed</li><li>To perform related duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul>Person Specification<ul><li>Previous experience with systems (e.g. LMS or Workforce Management System or Data driven system etc) - Essential</li><li>Effective at managing multiple priorities, projects, and relationships at once</li><li>Experience in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) as will lead on our on social media projects</li><li>Attention to details led</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills</li><li>Proactive, energetic and can-do attitude</li><li>Be a problem solver </li><li>Curious</li><li>Resilient</li><li>Flexible approach – occasional work will be required on weekends</li></ul>
