Silver Service Staff

Silver Service Staff will be working in a high end or exclusive location at a particular function or event. You will need all of the key skills that a good waiter/waitress has, but with the addition of experience in silver service etiquette. This means that you will usually be required to serve the customers their food from platters, and will always know what side you should be serving from and clearing from.
