Kiosk Staff / Retail Catering Staff
Kiosk assistants work throughout the venue in the public concourses serving food to those attending the event.
There are peaks and troughs when the kiosks are busy, principally before the start of the event and during breaks and intermissions. It is not uncommon to be expected to carry out the following tasks; preparing the food unit for service, serving food, cleaning duties prior, during and after the event, stocktaking and restocking the unit.
