Goodwood Food is looking for reliable, enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to work at one of the worlds’ most beautiful venues.

This year we have fantastic events including:
  • Three Friday Nights, 31st May, 14th & 21st June, presenting a dynamic combination of racing, music and dancing with three world-famous DJs taking to the decks at Goodwood Racecourse.
  • The Festival of Speed 11th - 14th July, Petrol head heaven - an impossibly heady mix of cars, stars and motor sport ‘royalty’!
  • Glorious Goodwood 30th July - 3rd August, including Ladies Day on 1st August - the most glamorous day of the season at Goodwood
  • Goodwood Revival 13th - 15th September, Revel in the glamour & allure of motor racing in the time capsule of the Goodwood Motor Circuit.
You will be responsible for providing a first class service to our customers and guests on race days and other events. Working in one of our busy restaurants, you will be serving food, drinks and taking orders from customers. You should therefore have knowledge of correct food service and food item accompaniments. 


 

Requirements


  • Previous waiting experience is essential for this role. 
  • A hard-working attitude and be prepared for a challenge.
  • Focused with a good ability to listen and learn quickly.
  • Must have excellent communication ability with a high command of the English language.
  • The highest standard of personal presentation.
  • Excellent service skills with attentive customer care and client awareness.
  • Self-composure in all situations and the ability to work in a high pressure environment. 
  • A confident and outgoing personality, always polite.
  • Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.

All applicants must be available to attend an induction this month.
